Solent Anglo Italian Society Privacy Policy in conformance
with the General Data Protection Regulations

The personal data of members that we hold will only be that provided by the individual member in respect of their membership of the society. We do not share this data with any external organisation, or individual. We only use it for our own purposes to contact members about society events and relevant items of interest. Only authorised committee members will have access to the data and the data is encrypted. Occasionally the information will be made available to a member of the society to enable them to contact another member in relation to the activities of the society. If a member ceases to be a member of the society their data will be retained for a period of 15 months, after which time it will be deleted.
